Exercise is one of the best things you can do for your body. But it also rejuvenates your brain.

Exercise fights stress. Stress is inflammatory. It elevates levels of hormones like cortisol that can lead to chronic inflammation in both brain and body. In addition, chronic stress can cause glucose imbalances, destroy brain cells, increase fatigue, and fuel depression.

There are a number of physical practices that have been shown to reduce stress and benefit the brain, especially yoga, Tai Chi, and meditation.

They share one critical—but often overlooked—brain-boosting benefit: Proper breathing.

The breathing that is so essential to these disciplines increases oxygen throughout the body, which in turn increases energy. These exercises are also shown to reduce inflammation and help calm an overactive nervous system.

Oxygen: The Ultimate Brain Fog Lifter

One of the underlying issues we see in patients who suffer brain fog is the inability to get oxygen and nutrients to the brain.

Many times, this is a simple circulation—not brain—issue. It can be related to a sedentary lifestyle. Remember, exercise builds a better body and brain.

70 years ago, a group of scientists tested a primitive moss plant extract. The results were astounding. Ever since, research has been quietly piling up on how effective it is in treating Alzheimer’s… In one study the extract was 348% MORE effective than the placebo.

And now, Big Pharma has swept in to replicate it chemically. Meanwhile government forces work to keep the natural remedy from you. But it’s not too late to get your hands on it. Find out how HERE.

Regular exercise increases neural connections throughout your body, balances hormones, and supports numerous other areas of health.

Studies show that one of the most important things you can do to fight brain aging is to get active. You don’t need to train for a marathon to give your brain the support it needs to work at its best.

Go for regular walks, take bike rides, get out in nature. The activity doesn’t have to be strenuous. It should be enjoyable.

If you find yourself facing brain fog, get out and exercise. Notice the clarity you feel afterwards.

If brain fog persists, see your doctor. In serious cases, it can signal an underlying neurological or inflammatory condition, such as Lyme disease, fibromyalgia, or diabetes.

Most importantly, don’t let brain fog become your normal state. With the right support, you can stay sharp and protect your brain health––at any age.
