Is it possible to slow aging through simple supplements? Dr. David Rollo says it is.
As we explained in Tuesday’s message, he’s uncovered a “cocktail” of vitamins, herbs, and nutrients that may prolong healthy living. His study is published in a recent issue of the journal Experimental Biology and Medicine.
He’s reviewed all the previous studies that link vitamins to anti-aging. And he’s used his expert knowledge to build the perfect age-defying formula.
Living Stronger, for Longer
He’s tested his formula on lab mice. They lived 10 percent longer and aged 50 percent slower than the mice not taking the formula.
It’s the second result that Dr. Rollo is most interested in. He’s not focusing on a longer life span. He’s interested in living a stronger, fitter life for longer. After all, no one wants to live a longer life in a nursing home.
We all want to live longer and healthier lives. We want to take part in the things we enjoy. We want time with family, pursuing hobbies and interests. We may even want to go on working.
But all that requires good health, a strong body, and a sharp mind. And Dr. Rollo believes his formula will allow you to do just this.
“Declining physical activity is one of the [biggest signs] of aging,” says Dr. Rollo.
His findings showed that mice who took the cocktail stayed active for twice as long as those who didn’t. And that’s meaningful for us. That’s because mice age like we do. As they get older, they get stiff and sick.
But Dr. Rollo’s vitamin formula slows this process down.
Cracking the Code
So how does his formula work? We already know it mixes a powerful combination of vitamins. They interact with one another in a specific way that stops your body from aging. Taken individually, says Dr. Rollo, the same ingredients have little effect.
But his real breakthrough comes from a new understanding of how these nutrients work in your body’s mitochondria. Mitochondria give your body energy by acting as furnaces within your cells. That process directly combats free radicals. And dozens of studies show that free radicals are a major part of aging and disease.
He’s so sure of his findings that he’s testing his theory out on himself! He’s in his 60s but already feels fitter and stronger than he has in decades. He says he feels fewer aches and pains. He hasn’t been sick once since he started his formula. And he has more energy.
If his mix works in human trials, he plans to create a time-release capsule. That way these nutrients will be released into the body at the best moment. Why is this important? He believes the human body ages differently… depending on the time of day.
“This holds great promise for extending the quality of life of humans,” says Dr. Rollo.
Second Opinion
Dr. Rollo’s work is gaining the approval of other experts in the field.
Dr. Luigi Fontana is the director of the Division of Nutrition and Aging at the Italian National Institute of Health in Rome.
He’s reviewed Dr. Rollo’s work and is convinced that diet can promote healthier aging. He notes that the average life expectancy for an Italian woman is about 81 years. But health problems often begin 30 years earlier, around the age of 50.
“Thirty years,” says Dr. Fontana. “It’s basically more than a third of your life spent in pain, with doctors, hospitals, treatment, and surgery.”
He’s convinced that dietary supplements and changes can help you live those years stronger and healthier.

So how can you get hold of this anti-aging mix?
The time-release capsule isn’t out yet. But you can pick up all of these vitamins in your local health food store.
This anti-aging cocktail mixes B vitamins 1, 3, 6, and 12 with vitamins C, D, and E. Dr. Rollo also uses all-natural herbs. These include ginko biloba, ginseng, green tea extract, ginger root extract, and garlic. Finally, his formula is rounded out by magnesium, selenium, potassium, manganese, cod liver oil, and flax seed oil.
That’s a lot of vitamins and minerals. But Dr. Rollo says there’s an easy short-cut while you wait for his specific time-release capsule. Just pick up a good multi-vitamin. That will manage most of the vitamins on the list. And then just add in the remaining herbs as needed.
